Change is good for everyone, whenever there is change, there is usually an upgrade, sometimes some changes can cause you all you’ve worked hard for. Making this decision is sometimes tough, as much needs to be considered. Usually people will make the move because of it’s short-term benefits and that is typical of Ghanaians.

Media personnel are not paid very well, per our research, but those who perform very well, get poached to stations with bigger budgets. This keeps happening as more radio stations keep coming through. It is the same with TV presenters.
