One of the renowned hi life legend Ghana can ever boast of without any reasonable doubt,Rex Omar,has expressed his fear for the young generation doing hi life Music.

The “Abiba” hit maker speaking on Rainbow Radio Gh Entertainment hosted by Prince Kwesi Dadzie with Kumikasa.com monitoring expressed his frustration and worry for the young ones doing hi life music currently in Ghana.

According to him, Ghanaians of today have shifted their attention to the dancehall music and gradually killing our hi life music.

“I pity the young ones doing hi life music, do you know why? Because Ghanaians keep using their mouth to kill it by ourselves”. “You can brand yourself so well, yet they will never appreciate you, our society is killing our hi life music” He said.

Rex Omar is currently the president of GHAMRO whose duty is to make sure musicians benefits from their works.
