Stonebwoy’s claim to be the champion of Dancehall music in Ghana is unfounded, says colleague, Shatta Wale who says he rules the music genre in the country.

In a recent interview, the latter likened himself to “the Biblical Joseph, son of Jacob, who was abandoned by his brothers in his town but ruled over Egypt.”

Wale told Sammy Flex on Showbiz Agenda on Zylofon FM that he is Ghana’s Dancehall King.

“Shatta Wale is the dancehall King in Ghana. I’m Like the Biblical Joseph, son of Jacob, who was abandoned by his brothers in his town but ruled over Egypt,” stated Wale.

“Ghana cannot handle the Dancehall fire in me. That is why I have stuck to the kind of music consumed here in Ghana.”

He also claimed he has a wide reach even though he doesn’t travel outside Ghana a lot to promote his music.
