LesLine is a Cameroonian artist and social justice activist. In 2016, she participated in season one of The Voice Afrique Francophone were she electrified viewers with her high-pitched vocal performances.

Her enactment of Moni Bile’s hit song Osi Tapa Lambo during the blind auditions made her an overnight sensation across Africa and the battle with Elsa in Round 2 is one of the most debated in the TV show’s history. In 2017, she won the Cameroon Green Music Competition sponsored by the United Nations Environmental Program and is currently the Environment Ambassador for Cameroon.

In pursuance of a social justice activist agenda, and to commemorate World Peace Day, LesLine released the peace anthem titled “Stand 4 Peace” in collaboration with her peers Blaise B, Ewube and Malgic. Cameroon is currently dealing with an armed uprising in the English-speaking part of the country and she hopes that a message of peace through music will serve as a panacea for the warring factions.

She was recently nominated by the Urban Jamz Awards in two categories: Best New Artist and Best Vocal Performance.
