Shatta Wale,Stonebouy,Ebony and others are set to perform in Kwahu at the bliss on the hills concert organized by the Member of Parliament for abitifi constituency from Sunday December 24 to Tuesday December 26 and there is no eastern region artiste on the bill.

KO Seven who is not even on the bill himself – believes that the local artistes in Kwahu and it environs should be part of the billed Acts.

Hip life afro pop , Solid Star,KO Seven has criticised organisers of Kwahu musical night and the media for mainstream artistes over up and coming artistes in the region.

KO Seven’s comments clearly struck a nerve, inspiring heated debate on social networks this week, with many music fans agreeing with him that event organisers in Eastern region often don’t give credit where it’s due and fail to treat local artistes with the same degree of respect as mainstream acts.

He also noted that artistes in Eastern region are envious of each other’s talents, and as such, fail to support those with the real gift of music.

KO Seven however blamed up and coming artistes in the region for all these. He said “I sometimes don’t blame the event organisers, we the up coming artistes are the cause of these because we are not ready to support ourselve”

KO Seven finally urged his colleagues to support one another to generate peace in the region.
