An aspiring parliamentary candidate for the National Democratic Congress NDC in the Kwahu Afram Plains south says this elections on 24th August, 2019 delegates should look out for qualified candidates who can well represent Aframplains South and make meaningful contributions in Parliament and lobby for more developmental projects, the focus should not be who pays more money in the voting day making the highest bidder the winner but putting people who apart from the money have the knowledge, contacts, intellects and even the chance of becoming a minister or Deputy minister when 2020 we come to power
Re- directing the development of the constituency is one of his core vision for the party as he seeks the mandate of party delegates to represent the constituency
Emmanuel Mbeebi who is worried about the dwindling fortunes of the party in the constituency over the last few years blamed no one but bad leadership and divisions within the party
Unifying the party will be one of my priorities before the general elections to maximize the party’s vote for both parliamentary and presidential
According to him,Kwahu Afram Plains South constituency has the potential to grow but its political leadership has not done much” the time has come to give Emmanuel Meeebi popularly called (Manager) the chance to re- direct the development of Afram plains south

Speaking to Nopras FM news anchor Mr Awal Adam said ,”being an agent of development my vision is to ensure that the constituency fully benefits from the socio- economic policies that the party will implement when the NDC comes back to power in 2020 .
