Bryt Fm’s Ekow Poncho Wins ‘Suspension’ Award

The maiden edition of Eastern Region Media Excellence Awards ERMEA came off yesterday at Linda Dor Plaza Koforidua.

The event is to award personalities who have over the years contributed immensely towards the development of radio in Eastern Region.

Ekow Poncho,host of “Onwunu Adwo”(a late evening show) took home the biggest award for the social Program of the year Award.

Why the “Suspension Award” ? Few months ago,Ekow Poncho and his producer DJ Police were slapped with suspension but came back aggressively on radio winning the only award for the station.Therefore, we refers to this award as “the suspension Awards”.

Artiste Who were billed to perform at the event did not disappoint the audience.
