Nana Asiedu iMmanual Shares Health Benefits Of Scent Leave And Bitter Herb

A consultant from Emmanuel spiritual consult, Emmanuel Asiedu well known as Nana Asiedu has clarified the health benefits of two local herbs which are very important to our everyday living.

In an interview with Dorcas Korkor Larbi on Bryt Fm’s health show (Me Nkwa) on Wednesday December 13, Nana Asiedu gave the necessary and hidden health benefit of our local herbs normally known as Nunum (scent leave) & Awonyono (Bitter leave or herb).

He quoted from Matthew 23:23 where the name of this herb (Nunum) is found as mint leaves and Exodus 12:8 & Numbers 9:11 where bitter leave or herb (Awonyono) can also be seen.

Uses of Scent leaves

“The herb (nunum) boosts one’s immune system, stops the flow of blood, cures headache, migraine, Typhoid fever, Ulcer, Diabetes type 2, among many others,” says Nana Asiedu.

It can be used as family planning by taking peeling and swallowing two dry seed of the scent leave (nunum).

Uses of Bitter herb or leaves

Bitter leave contains vitamin A, C, E, E1, B12, Zinc, iron, and fibre as its nutrients.

Bitter leave/herbs are normally used for steam inhalation with those who snores and have phlegm in them.

Men who are weak in bed can use butter leave to cure them.

Bitter leaves can help reduce weight if one is obese.

It also shrinks Children with potty belly (Kwashiokor), help fight skin infections, white/candidiasis and also fight against mosquitoes.

The best way to use this herb is to toast it a little on fire in other to kill the pest and diseases on it.

According to him, if you really want herbal medicine to work for you, you must use a clay pot in preparing them without adding any other herb but only clean water.

The best way to take herbal medicine is by following the instructions by the physician.

Note, it doesn’t kill nor cause any damage to one’s health.
