FROWN AGAINST SOCIAL VICES- Rev. Richard Aryeetey

The divisional head pastor of Perez chapel international zone-6 Accra, Revered Richard Aryeetey has advised the residents of Odorko to stay away from social vices such as smoking,alcoholism, prostitution, sexual intercourse among other uncouth behavior.

In an interview with this presenter on kle tv, the Revered minister said that,such behaviors do not promote good living in Christ Jesus and the society as well instead leads to social misfit.
Addressing the residents during a program dudded ‘Rescue the perishing’ over the weekend,Rev. Aryeetey elaborated that, our body is the temple of God, therefore should be kept holy.
“For the soul and body must testify that we are really child of God and example of Jesus Christ in His generation,”he added.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his begotten son that whoever believe in him shouldn’t perish but have everlasting life,” quoting 3:16, the Rev.minister entreated everyone to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Present at the occasion was the Member of parliament for Ablekuma North Hon.Akua Afriyie, who said,”some of these people need counseling, advise,constant talking and introducing of Christ and gradually do away with their situation.”

The honourable also disclosed some of the residents have to pay five cedis for shelter and those unable to afford end up having sexual affair with guys.
“As you are given them the counseling you ensure that you are getting them a proper living, constant monetary talking and introducing Jesus Christ to them after sometime you will see that the reform will come,”she vehemently expressed.

The minister urged the general public to stay away from social vices in order to stay healthy.

Rev.Aryeetey called on government for financial support in order to help people across the country.During the program, there was a free medical screening and distribution of clothes , food as the residents were entertained with music.
