Ghanaian cinematographer and videographer; KP Selorm in an interview with Dawuroo.com has revealed that his directing career started in 2012 whiles he was studying Banking and Finance in the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) by the help of his cousin (Director Prince Dovlo).
Coming from a family of seven (7) and being the only guy, the director extraordinaire made mention that one of the biggest challenge in making of music videos as far has been budget, thou it isn’t easy at all but he love what he does so can’t complain much.
Touching on the nature of his work, KP Selorm lamented that Ghanaian video directors do not have enough technical equipment to work with, but they are trying their best with the little they have.
He was quick to add that he has done lots of videos, which he personally love all his works, but will consider that of Mzvee’s “Sing My Name” featuring Patoranking as one of his biggest project.
When quizzed about the artist he enjoy working most with, he said “I enjoy working with all the Lynx and New African Movement (NAM) signed arts”. Director KP Selorm, also made mention that Ghanaians should be on the watch since he would soon be releasing his self-produced movies.
