Music ministry is more than sound. Behind every song is a person. Behind every instrument is a call. And behind every moment of worship is a responsibility.
With this conviction, SiinaPrinceNetwork (SPN) brings the Melodic Impact Summit to Hamburg, Germany, on Saturday, 10 October 2026.
Founded and led by Pastor Siina Prince, with Michael Bsharp serving as President, SPN is a non-denominational music ministry network committed to Nurturing Spirit, Skill & Sound.
Held twice a year, the Melodic Impact Summit gathers musicians, worshippers, music directors and ministers to worship, learn, connect, and reflect on the deeper responsibility of serving Christ through music.
This edition, titled “The Doctrine of a Church Musician,” will focus on “The Transition of Worship.” It will explore the biblical journey of worship from the altar and covenant to the Tabernacle, the priesthood, Davidic worship, prophetic correction, Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the worship surrounding God’s throne.
The Summit will unfold through three connected sessions.
Session One: Panel Discussion
Leadership, Relationships & the Musician
Every music ministry is built on relationships. Whether in a choir, band, worship team or wider ministry, the strength of the sound is often connected to the health of the people behind it.
This panel will address the realities that shape music ministry, including:
Leadership and responsibility.
Healthy boundaries and personal integrity.
Conflict and interpersonal relationships.
Team culture and spiritual maturity.
The influence and accountability that come with serving others.
It will be an honest and practical conversation about leading well, serving faithfully, and building teams where both people and music can flourish.
Session Two: Worship Experience
From Performance to Presence
After the conversation comes the response: worship.
This session will create space for musicians and worshippers to lay down the pressure of performance and return to the heart of worship. Voices and instruments will become expressions of devotion, not simply displays of ability.
The goal is not to create a moment around the musician, but to keep Christ at the center.
Session Three: Teaching
The Transition of Worship
The Summit will then move deeper into Scripture, tracing the development and transformation of worship throughout the biblical story.
This teaching will help today’s church musician understand the spiritual inheritance they have received and the responsibility of carrying it faithfully into the present. It will examine how worship has transitioned across different biblical seasons while staying center on God’s presence, holiness, and glory.
Joining Pastor Siina Prince and Michael Bsharp will be invited voices including Michael Mustapha, Dr. Godswill Iwela, Vanessa Gyasi, Omolade Robert and Francisca Arthur. Together, they will bring varied experiences from music, ministry, and leadership into the conversation.
At the heart of the Summit is a clear conviction:
The sound we produce should be shaped by the life we live and the Christ we serve.
A musician can pursue excellence without losing the Spirit. A leader can carry influence without losing humility. A worshipper can develop great skill without forgetting the One to whom the worship belongs.
This is the conversation SPN is bringing to Hamburg.
