Singer Belinda Nana Akua Amoah popularly known as Mzbel has said that songs released in recent times do not make sense.
According to her,songs of yesteryears conveyed a message to the public but the new generation only wants hit songs so fail to spend time on producing songs that communicate to the listener.
In an interview on GTV, the ’16 Years’ hitmaker blamed the public for allowing musicians to pollute the industry with noise.
She said, the new crop of youngsters do not want to be advised hence the kind of music release into the system.
“The music is good but the lyrics and it is not them but the generation. Nobody wants to be advised, . Everybody wants to have fun so it has to be always about things that will excite them” Mzbel opined.
