KEKWU BEE ABRANTE SET TO HOST CENTRAL COUNT DOWN

Ace broadcaster and music promoter, Kweku Bee Abrante is set to host Central Region’s biggest chart show dubbed Central count down.

The presenter who is also the Central Regional correspondent for Adom FM Airtell chat show aired on Saturdays by Dj Andy Dosty revealed, the move is to take central music to the globe.

According to Kweku Bee Abrante, Central Music count down will feature only songs brewed and bangs in the region.

To qualify to be on the chart, Your song should be popular in at least two sectors in the central region.

For example Your song needs to be popular in at least two of the municipalities in the Central Region, eg. Capecoast and Mfantseman or Swedru and Dunkwa, Kasoa, Assin Fosu, swedru etc to earn a slot on the chart.

The countdown down will be a segment of an already existing show titled Saturday house fever.

The Saturday House Fever show will now be aired on Saturdays from 12: 30 to 3pm on Okokroko fm 96.9 in Cape Coast.

Other segments in the Saturday House Fever Show, will include the “Central Music Digest”, Entertainment tit bits, Discussion and Central Music count down.

CENTRAL MUSIC DIGEST

This segment of the show seek to critique fresh tunes from musicians and promote it as well. Sound engineers, Djs, Presenters and composers will go through the presented song to ascertain its thickness to breakthrough the showbiz market.

CENTRAL COUNT DOWN

This segment of the show will count top ten songs in the region that was popular in pubs, clubs, radio stations etc. The song can be a national banging song or regional banging song. All what is needed is , that it make waves in any on the two sectors of the region to get nominated.

ENTERTAINMENT TIT BITS/ DISCUSSION

This entails the top trending showbiz news within the week. We discuss and make the various calls to ascertain truth.

The show can be listened to on Okokroko FM 96.9 in the central region or on online Tune in Okokrokofmonline to listen on the internet.
