The release of “Already” by Beyonce and Shatta Wale has caused stirs in the country and Africa as a whole. The major question asked is ‘Why did Beyonce choose Shatta Wale over the likes of Sarkodie and Stonebwoy who have won BET awards?’
Most people are saying that Shatta Wale got on the Lion King Album because Mr. Eazi vouched for him as he did for other Nigerian artistes on there but Shatta Wale says it wasn’t so. He said Beyonce’s management called him and said that she has developed interest in him when a friend of hers played her Shatta’s “Dukui“, so she would want him on his album.
“Dukui“, which was produced by Ghanaian based Nigerian producer WillyF Beat is an African minted Afrobeat song which will get you dancing. It has an international value because it is induced with a little bit of House music present in it.
