Ghanaian Highlife singer/Performer, Naf Kassi has landed some applause for our health servicr personnels and the president on the country (Ghana) as well
In a post sighted on her facebook page, she wrote,
Many thanks to our gallant front line and other professional health workers who have put their lives on the line and have been working assiduously on daily basis to help save lives of those affected by COVID-19 pandemic.
Its appreciative to even see some of them still working unknowingly to have even contracted the disease.
Your works will forever be on the lips of Ghanaians and posterity at large.
The first gentleman of the Land Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo has shown real leadership by putting in place measures to curb the spread of the virus.
As most leaders in western countries are out of solutions, our president and his cabinet have indeed shown leadership skills in fighting this pandemic.
It is well appreciated to have such a president; no wonder many nations are calling for exchange of President’s.
The vigorous and hard working scientist’s at Noguchi Memorial Institute of Research, KCCR and other’s have also shown we can entrust our lives in their hands.
Throughout their research and creativity, Ghana has now gained more respect even in the face of WHO…..
I say ayekoo to our scientist’s
We can never forget our security agencies who also left the comfort of their homes to see laws are enforced.
Now to you out there: my mother’s, father’s, brother’s and sisters, I want to use this opportunity to remind you ones again COVID-19 is no respecter of person, gender, age or what have you.
Adhere to all the safety protocol’s outlined by our health professionals.
Regular hand washing should be practised every now and then, sanitize your hands when you touch surfaces for more than twice, avoid coughing or sneezing without covering your mouth or nose..always use tissue paper.
And above all, let’s practise the social distancing protocol in marts, malls, market places and even our small offices.
Let’s all come together and fight against this deadly virus.
We’re not in normal time’s but surely, we shall overcome
