The maiden edition of Akuapem Music Awards happened this year inside Akropong in the Eastern Region.

Award schemes are organised to reckon hardworking personalities as well as motivate and encourage them to keep up to the good works they are doing.

Same agenda is the intention of the Akuapem music Awards which took place over the weekend Saturday 30, October 2021 at Akropong inside the Akuapem flip Bar and event Center. The event hosted lots of great personalities in the music industry as well as Media fraternity.

Michael Asiedu Lincoln who doubles as Mornining show and Mid-morning producer and Dj at DADI101.1FM in Accra-Taifa popularly known on air as DJ Lincoln, bagged two awards out of the total awards for his contineous hardwork and support to the industry. Among the awards won by the legend includes; DJ of the Year and Promoter of the Year.

As part of his work as a promoter and Dj, he has help several up and coming artiste out of the dim to see Light in their career as musicians.

When it comes to versatility , he’s the word and as well has the passion to deliver his services.
