Eastern Music Awards Is All We Have,Let’s Support It-Londona Nie

Maltifarious radio presenter Nana Yaw Kumi Junior popularly known on radio as Londona has called on his comrades and musicians in Eastern Region to rally behind the maiden edition of Eastern Region Media awards.

The Most Valuable Personality of the year in his Facebook post believes there still remains room for improvement and has therefore called for support for the awards scheme.

Putting Eastern Region on the map music-wise has been my main priority since day one.And for the musicians from the East side to also push harder to reach higher,they ought to be appreciated and motivated by their own people(Eastsiders).It is from this perspective that Eastern Music Awards(EMA) organisers have taken it upon them selves to award hardworking,serious and valuable Artiste who are trying their possible best to put Eastern Region on the GH map of music.

I Londona the Generale support and thank the organisers of EMA.I therefore urge all Eastern Region musicians and its inhabitants to embrace and support this award scheme because it is our own and we need to be proud of it.This prestigious event will kick off on the 9th of September at the Eastern Regional Capital(KOFCITY).lets all come together and help promote our Eastern Region Arts.

I would also like to take this opportunity to plead with all the nominees to take active part in every event relating to this award scheme and stop fighting each other over nominations.

Lets all(presenters,DJ’s,promoters,Artistes)come together and make this event a memorable one.lets not forget the nominees jam which will be shaking the streets of KOFCITY on the 26th of this month which I(Generale Londona,Agyewodin and OKE) will be the MC’s for the night.#lets support our own. “The East Is Capable”.
