But the highlife artiste has finally spoken. The news is, Nana Fynn has switched from higlife music to raggae/dancehall music.
According to Nana Fynn his songs should have had enough media attention and radio airplay but Ghanaians don’t appreciate their own(highlife), thus, switching from highlife genre to raggae/dancehall genre.
Speaking exclusively in an interview with Papa Attitude on Rite 90.1 Fm, captured by Kumikasa.com , Nana Fynn Explained that highlife is not popular in Ghana anymore.
” I started my music career as a raggae/dancehall artiste but i was forced to do highlife music, i was told highlife is the pride of Ghanaians and that’s why i started with highlife. I’m switching to raggae/dancehall music because Ghanaians don’t pay attention to highlife music” says now raggae/dancehall artiste Nana Fynn
