Publications claiming that Shatta Wale is sponsoring the 2026 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) are false.
The PRO for TGMA, Robert Klah, has clarified that there is currently no agreement between Charter House and Shatta Wale regarding sponsorship of the awards with SHAXI.
Speaking in an interview with Kumi Kasa on Showbiz Max, aired live on Max TV and Max 89.7 FM, Robert Klah explained that although Shatta Wale visited the Charter House office and expressed interest in possibly sponsoring the TGMA with SHAXI, no formal agreement has been reached so far.
