Kumikasa.com can confirm that Highlife legend Paapa Yankson has passed on.
The sad news was confirmed by his eldest son Silas Yanson who said his father died on Friday 21 July, 2017 at his residence in Dansoman in the Greater Accra Region.
According to him Paapa Yankson has been battling with an “undisclosed” illness for sometime now.
The late high life maestro was 78 years.
He is known for hit songs like “Okukusaku” and “Kokrokoo”.
