Award winning rapper Oteniba caught my attention a while ago & really had me convinced that he could be headed for big things.
With a style that is very reminiscent of one of Eastern Region‘s most valuable exports; and a youthful petulance he has come into his own and absolutely on point on any beat given to him to rap on. He is one of the controversial rappers in the region.
