King of the Kofcity music,Raky Nova has urged DJ’s in Eastern region to play more songs from Eastern region and reduce the amount of airtime they give to foreign songs,especially Accra songs.
In an exclusive interview with Wonuanie,the host of the finest Entertainment show in Eastern region dubbed “Entertainment Today” on Radio1 fm 100.7,Raky Nova said,Accra DJ’s don’t play songs from Eastern region and he doesn’t see the need for Kofcity DJ’s to be promoting their songs over here.
According to Raky Nova,he sai “If you go to Accra, you would not even hear Kofcity songs on regular basics but here in Kofcity, it’s the vice-versa.We are not saying don’t play Accra songs oo, but at least give more airtime to playing songs from Eastern region, please DJ’s play our songs also small.” He appealed.
This he disclosed when he was talking on phone with Mrking a.k.a Wonuanie on Radio1 Fm.
