Kwame Dadzie Caused My Exit From “Rany n Berry” Group- Rany

One half of pop star group,Rany n Berry, Rany , has shared more light into the cause of the apparently spat between himself and his colleague musician Berry.

In an interview with DJ police on Bryt 99.1 Fm, Rany has blamed Citi Fm’s journalist Kwame Dadzie for his exit from the legendary hiplife group “Rany n Berry” saying he is now doing solo because of Kwame Dadzie.

According to Rany, everything was well with him and his “brother” until Kwame Dadzie came into the picture.

“We were cool and had made plans for a new project we were about to get underway, but my big boss Kwame Dadzie advised me to go solo because been in a group will limit my talent. I couldn’t turn down this advise from a big industry player like Kwame Dadzie so I decided to go solo since my other colleague was not gearing by then ” he noted.

Good musicians will spend a year or more writing and recording five or six meticulously arranged tracks . They know when to subtly sneak a guitar solo or drum fill on stage and how many bars to spend vamping on it and Rany is one of these artistes. Rany is set to release his EP after going solo on September 8. The EP is tagged “Koftown Love”.
