Maccasio’s New Song “Questions” Takes Over “One Corner”

The ‘One Corner’ song, composed by Patapaa, has been trending for several weeks in the country and has even extended beyond the shores of Ghana to neighbouring countries like Nigeria and others.

The song is accompanied by a highly sexual dance characterised by a lot of ‘twerking’ by both men and women.

However, maltifarious northern star,Maccasio is making waves with his new songs ‘Questions’ with a dance attached to it.

The song since its release few weeks ago is receiving rotation across all radio stations in the country making it one of the popular song in Ghana now.

In an interview with kumikasa.com, Maccasio described his new song “questions” as a straight hit and is looking forward for a nomination at Vodafone Ghana Music Award as his ultimate goal for now.

“I’m really happy about the response. A lot of people have endorsed the song and with God I believe with the necessary push,I can win the VGMA best new artiste of the year,”.

Who is Maccasio? Sheriff Abdul Majeed “Maccasio” is a Hiplife musician who is making it big in Tamale. He made mainstream prominence last year when he managed to recruit Shatta Wale for his hit song titled “Too Big”. He climaxed a successful year with “Too Big Concert” which saw thousands at the Tamale Sports Stadium on January 1. He kick started this year with a diss song titled “Fired”.

Maccasio is one of the most sought after artistes today in Tamale, with a huge fan base that can be likened to a cult following, fans would latch at anything he churns out. People are always wondered how he became one of the most beloved artistes in Tamale.
