Actor John Dumelo has visited the family of Major Maxwell Mahama to express his condolences in person and also sympathize with the family for the loss.
Major Maxwell Mahama met his untimely death after he was mistaken for an armed robber and was lynched by some youth of Denkyira-Obuasi.
Actor John Dumelo after hearing the about the death of Major Maxwell Mahama said he felt saddened the news and called on the security agencies to bring perpetrators of the dastardly act to book.
He congratulated the President for setting up a fund to take care of his family and also promoting Maxwell Mahama to the rank of Major.
The death of Major Mahama left the country in a State of shock.
Major Mahama will be buried on Friday after which there will be a family meeting and thanksgiving service in Accra on Saturday and Sunday respectively before the funeral is transferred to Bole and Tumu.
