The National Service Personnel Association of Ghana has announced its intention to organize the maiden edition of the National Service Personnel Association Awards.
The Awards scheme which is the initiative of the current President of the Association, Quaye Philip seeks to encourage, motivate and reward the thousands of Ghanaian youth who have decided to commit and dedicate their resources towards the development of Ghana.
The awards according to executives of the association will be given given out to deserving and hardworking persons within the association, so as to inspire and grace their efforts.
Although the awards scheme will be launched on June 15, one can be eligible if he/she is Ghanaian by birth or law, a member of the association in good standing and have undergone proper validation at the district level.
In selecting a winner for all the 23 categories which requires voting, the voting process will take 50{c151fd8a147ddff852f5795900bc3f49fb6f3f3def38a8fe7b2489f983e107b3} of the actual results whereas the awards committee takes 30{c151fd8a147ddff852f5795900bc3f49fb6f3f3def38a8fe7b2489f983e107b3} and NEC takes 20{c151fd8a147ddff852f5795900bc3f49fb6f3f3def38a8fe7b2489f983e107b3}.
