Radio Central’s Amansan Krakye Adjudged Best Drive Time Show Host In Central Region

Amansan Krakye known in real life as Frank Mensah has been awarded as the drive time show host of the year in the maiden Central Media Awards 2019.

It was pomp and pageantry when crème de la crème in the media and showbiz fraternity gathered at Obaatanpa Event Spot, Mankessim on Friday 1st March, 2019 to reward outstanding broadcast journalists in the central region.

Central Media Awards is a new award scheme in central region that is to reveal, acknowledge and appreciate the contributions of those in the media industry. The award is organized by Ezone Network and Brother International.

As a professional broadcast journalist, he had his training at the GBC Radio & Television Training School at Kanda, Accra and graduated in September 2014 with Certificate in Broadcasting Techniques.

As the host of CenTral DryVe, Amansan Krakye combines professionalism with radio ethics and has enormous control over English, Twi, Fante and Ga languages. He blends his language dexterity with a sense of humour to make his show appetizing and his music selection makes him exceptional.

One of the catchy aspects of his drive time show is the well acclaimed celebrity interviews which keeps ardent listeners glued to their radio sets and makes headlines in the major entertainment news portals and blogging sites.
