A social group called TAmeC PeNY (Think About mental challenge person Near You). With the Purpose of creating awareness on people born on the 4th, 13th , 22nd, and 31st day of every month irrespective of the year of birth to desist from the use of narcotic drugs (of all kinds).
This is a research done by the above organization to reduce mental problems cause by narcotics drugs and the research is 100%.
In response to this, Mental Health Authority letter dated 15th November, 2018 and signed by Dr. Caroline Amissah, deputy chief exercutive, said “we are happy to collaborate with you (TAmeC PeNY)” but need more scientific evidence to that analogy
