    Weeks ago, news flooding the internet says that, Patapaa has refused to collaborate with Atom Reloaded after he(Atom) requested to feature Patapaa on his song.

    The “One Corner” hit maker refused to work with Atom Reloaded disclosing that the “Yewo Krom” hitmaker is no longer relevant in Ghana Music Industry and not talented.

    Patapaa however added that, Atom once disrespected him for saying that he(Patapaa) should be careful because Ghanaians may forget him like it happened to him.

    Atom Reloaded in a video spotted by kumikasa.com in response to Patapaa’s comment claims he’s more talented than Patapaa.

    Just In: Police Rescues Patapaa From Highway Robbery


    Ghanaian musician, Patapaa and his team have been rescued from a highway robbery on the Kasoa- Winneba road.

    Breaking the news to Newsconnectgh.com, Freebody, manager of Patapaa said, the incident happened at about 11pm Monday.
    According to him, they had returned to Accra from the Volta Regional capital, HO after a performing at a ceremony dubbed Akpleza.

    He said they later decided to proceed to Patapaa’s base in Agona Swedru, and just after Kasoa, they met the robbery incident.

    Freebody revealed that the cars on the road including theirs were asked to stop to allow the robbers embark of their operations.

    He said the robbers shot into some of the cars and bolted with some belongings, but for quick intervention of Winneba and Kasoa Police Patrol teams, the story would have been different.

    Patapaa’s manager added after the police rushed to the scene to restore sanity , following which , they had an escort to Agona Swedru.

    He revealed Patapaa and the rest of the team were safe.

    Germany’s biggest event dubbed “African Day” went down on Sunday, May 26, 2019 and the guests got served with a heavy dose of entertainment alongside a mega street carnival.

    Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has revealed that he is still missing his best friend Shatta Wale from Shatta movement after his advice ‘diss’ track to him.

    Speaking on JoyFM, Sarkodie revealed that when he and Shatta Wale talk on phone, they do laugh till the end because they were very close.

    He said: “I still miss Shatta Wale. When we talk on phone we laugh till the end. We were close but we just need to straighten someone or two.”

    On why he hasn’t been able released a new song this year; “I admit that I have starved Sark Nation for a long time. I’m preparing something special for the fans soon.”

    “I’m pretty boring. I love to be indoors most often” – Says Sarkodie

    According to the CEO of SarkCess Music, Sarkodie, who appeared on Hitz FM’s Daybreak program with Andy Dosty in December 2018, he recorded his ‘Advice’ diss song to Shatta Wale because he cares about him.

    It could be recalled that King Sark set Ghanaians, the world and social media on fire with his song that caused a lot of shake in the camp of the SM Empire.

    Sarkodie released the song to Shatta who was his one-time partner in crime after he publicly showed disrespect to his brand by stating that he supports Nigerian music than that of his own Ghanaians.

    That got Sarkodie mad and triggered him to quickly rush into the boot and record the sorrowful diss song for him.

    Giving credit to rapper Okyeame Kwame as his ‘big brother’ in the music industry who also stand a chance of winning the award, Sarkodie still held on his artistes , Samini and R2Bees and stated that Okyeame Kwame sometimes lay back with his act, but for R2Bees even if they lay back, they release songs and they have been doing it for the past decade.

    Rapper Sarkodie beat competition from colleagues, who have equally worked hard over the past decade to win the ‘Artiste of the Decade’ at the 20th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards on May 18, 2019.

    R2Bees, Joe Mettle, No Tribe & Nacee, Shatta Wale, Okyeame Kwame, Stonebwoy, Samini, Efya, and Becca were all eyeing that award.
