Sylvia Tyson, who is known in real life as Mrs David Okon Udom,is a venerable Gospel singer, songwriter, business magnate and a performer.
Sylvia, who recently made waves with her extensive hit song titled ‘Osombo’ is a proud indigene of Big Ada in the Greater Accra Region and Akyem Manso in the Eastern Region.
Mrs Tyson Owhue inaugurated her musical odyssey at a very tender age. Equally, Sylvia was brought up in Accra, and was lingered with her parents.
Her mother is referred to us as Mrs Juliana Nyarko, and father as Mr Evans Ofoi Tyson
Sylvia was born on the May 17th 1986. She is married to an awesome gentleman described as Mr David Okon Udom.
Mrs Tyson got two kids in her life safari.
She is a proud graduate of Mozano Senior High School in the central region of Ghana and Koforidua Polytechnic now Koforidua Technical University.
To commence with her musical journey, Sylvia started singing in the churches at a very tender age, performed with great artistes including the likes of; Ernest Opoku Junior, Obaapa Christy and etcetera.
Sylvia approached Getty and Friends and they uplifted her spirit in the musical odyssey by motivating, inspiring and also advising her.
They (Getty and Friends) drowned Sylvia into the pool of anointing for her to attain the spirit of God in enabling her to achieve her aim in the journey.
