I Paid GH¢ 800 To The Organizers Of Eastern Music Awards – Dassebre Ba Kwame
Dassebre Ba Kwame has disclosed that he paid GHc 800 to the organisers of Eastern Music Awards as a compensation fee.
He said this in an interview with Kumi Kasa on his KumiKasa TV show.
At the third edition of Eastern Music Awards, one of the plagues to award deserving artistes was stolen. When it was time to present the award for Best Highlife artiste and Yaw Say was announced as the winner , Daasebreba Kwame who was in that same category felt cheated and with his bodyguards, jumped on the stage, pushed away Yaw Say and run away with the Award.
They scattered the auditorium to the extent that the audience begun to leave.
According to Dassebre Ba Kwame , he was asked to paid GH¢,1000 additional with the award
