OT’s Yet To Release “Mebie Mu” Song Title Stirs Controversy

With a little over 48 hours to the release of the much awaited single by new highlife sensation, OT, fans have already started speculating what the song title, “Mebie mu” will talk about.
Many have guessed that so long as it’s talking about opening something in twi, then it’s obviously talking about sex.

For this reason, Kumikasa.com reached out to management of OT, Nene PT Media to find some answers.

Speaking with Kumikasa.com, Chief Thought and Head Manager at Nene PT Media, Patrick Teye Dasinor, said,

“The lyrical content of OT’s new single (Second Song to be released), “Mebie mu” is miles and miles away from the word, sex. The composition and production of the song are a game changer. For me, I will tag this song as a Highlife- Afro fusion because of the ideas the team borrowed from both genres which we imbibed into ‘Mebie mu’.”

Patrick nevertheless, stated that it will be very unfair to dilute the expectations of “OTentic music lovers” by spilling the beans on what precisely the song is talking about. Therefore he will urge all to be patient and wait till the Worldwide release date which is this Friday, 4th of August then we can all judge for ourselves whether the song is talking about SEX just as many fans are speculating or not, just as he would want us to believe.

Meanwhile, OT’s Management has indicated that “Mebie mu” will also be available in the digital stores (iTunes, et al) across the globe.
